Group 1: Samples of the consumed drug, serum and urine of the patients who need medical treatment after consumption of drugs should be obtained (including reports on diagnostic findings).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All inquiries to the participating poisons centres related to human exposures to products taken for the purpose of achieving a non-medically intended psychotropic effect. All drug samples.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exposures exclusively to cannabis, cocaine, diamorphine (heroin), amfetamine or ethanol. Mixed exposures with clinical symtomps mainly caused by cannabis, cocaine, diamorphine (heroin), amfetamine or ethanol.
