Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age = 18 years - Signed Informed Consent - 10 patients with histologically proven squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx and larynx - Tumors large enough for PET imaging according to the judgement of the treating physicians - Radio(chemo)therapy or radiotherapy in combination with cetuximab with curative intent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Induction chemotherapy - Pregnant and lactating women
