Inclusion criteria: Outpatients in nonurgent categories of medical care needs (Manchester Triage Level four and five)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inpatients and outpatients in immediate and urgent categories of medical care needs (Manchester Triage Level one to three), low German communication skills.
