Group 1: Perform problem-centered individual interviews with department leaders and nurses from the hospital.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: department leader or nurse who have actively witnessed the time before, during, and after the introduction of the department leader

Measure	Time frame
There are guided problem- centered interviews using an interview guide with the four department leaders and 6 nurses no later than the end of April 2014. The analysis is done using qualitative content analysis using open categories.	—
