Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: non specific low back pain of at least four weeks duration good knowledge in German at least two positive movement control impairment tests at least 8% disability in the Oswestry Disability Index maximum 4 point in the STArT back screening tool
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - specific low back pain - surgery of the lower back less than six months ago - peripheral or central neurological diseases - lack of german knowledge - Contra-indication for active exercises - known psychological or psychiatric problems - Abuse of alcohol and drugs

| The adherence to homes exercises is being measured. The Patient fills in a spread sheet daily in which he indicates the daily amount of home exercises done in minutes. From the first to the last therapy day an average of minutes is calculated. | — |

| The "Sport injury Rehabilitation adherence scale" ist a scale which is filled in by the therapist after each therapy session. It's an assessment of the adherence of the patient during the therapy sessions. At the end of nine therapy sessions the median of the results is clculated. The "Oswestry disability index" is a patient-rated questionnaire about the disability in daily life due to low back pain. It is filled in at the beginning and at the end of the nine therapy sessoins. The "patinent specific functional scale" is a patient-rated scale about the disability in daily life due to low back pain. It is filled in at the beginning and at the end of the nine therapy sessoins. The "movement control impairment tests" measure the movement control of the lumbar spine. The patients executes six exercises and the therapist rates the movement control at the beginning and at the end of the therapy sessions. | — |
