Group 1: Patients who got due to lumbar facett joint degeneration a radiofrequency ablation. There MRs are regarded due to changings in muscular volume in follow up. For this a standardized MR is used

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lumbar facett joint osteoarthritis RF-A was done L3/4 to L5/S1 bothsides

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - previous lumbar spine surgery - previous minimal invasive spine therapy others than Radiofrequency-Ablation - systemic muscle atrophia - systemic neurological disorder - recurrent Radiofrequency-Ablation - vascular disease - scoliosis

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Decrease of paraspinal muscle volume with use of MRI in a follow up time of one year after intervention. For this a standardized MR is used to compare the signal values of multifidus muscle and faty tissue.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Patient Satisfaction in follow up one year after intervention (questionnaire ODI, VAS).
