Group 1: Perioperative temperature monitoring starting 30 min before medical premedication with flunitrazepam until extubation on the intensive care unit in cardiac surgery patients (controll group).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: cardiac surgery patients; BMI 20-30 kg/m2; ASA I-III; general anesthesia with midazolam, sufentanil, rocuronium and sevoflurane;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: adipositas permagna; ASA IV-V; hypo- or hyperthyreosis; febrile infection; pregnancy; allergy against flunitrazepam, midazolam, sufentanil, rocuronium, or sevoflurane; participation in another interventional study
