Inclusion criteria: COPD, over 18 years, german-speaking person
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: no COPD, not over 18 years, not german-speaking person

| The collection of data from the electronic patient record shall be collected monthly, later daily. Every three month, the patient will be questioned in order to obtain informations about his/her quality of life (SF 36, EQ5D, SGRQ) and data about his/her person. Afterwards the primary and secondary data will be merged. | — |

| Besides the data concerned to quality of life, there will be collected economical data. This data is based on the eletronic patient record and on the written questionnaire. This data will be merged. Starting in 2015 electronic patient record data will be collected every day. Until then data is collected every month. The questionnaires are used every three month. | — |
