Group 1: Medication review using application based on STOPP/START criteria will be performed and warnings of potentially inappropriate prescriptions or medication omissions displayed to the physician.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: family physician office visitors, older than 65 years, who take at least one regular medication
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Terminal disease (less than one year life expectancy), dementia severe enough to render patient unable to answer questionnaire
