Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: controlled and assist one lung ventilation (OLV) via double lumen endotracheal tube (DLT) in adult patients (>18 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age50), cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, traumatic brain injury, cariac defect, absence of patient agreement

Comparison of the intratracheal/-bronchial pressure either direct measured or calculated based on the airway pressure and flow.

Detection of dynamic hyperinflation (auto-PEEP) based on the calculated intratracheal pressure.
