Inclusion criteria: extension fracture of the distal radius

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Former injury or disease of the wrist, old fracture (>72h) Degenerative disease of the wrist Metabolic disease Immunosuppression Pathological fracture Pregnancy Bleeding Disorder age<18 years
