Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: DSM IV diagnosis of panic disorder with agoraphobia (300.21)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Prior-ranking comorbid diagnosis; current psychotic symptoms; suicidality; substance abuse or substance-related addiction; ongoing psychotherapy. Patients with ongoing medication are allowed, provided that they discontinue medications, or, with beta blocker or benzodiazepine use, if they are adjusted for at least one month, or, other psychotropic drugs, if they are adjusted for more than three months.

| Presence of panic disorder and/or agoraphobia at 6-month follow-up. Besides, further assessments are planned, relating to depression (BDI-II), overall symptomatic impairment (SCL-90-R), life satisfaction (FLZ) and therapeutic alliance (HAQ). Moreover, the therapists are asked about practicability and acceptance, and patients are asked about satisfaction, time and effort, and perceived success. | — |
