Inclusion criteria: - All patients eligible for alloHCT - Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - instable bone metastases

Endurance capacity, lactate diagnistics and spiroergometry (individaul anaerobic threshold, respiratory thresholds, watt) (Ergoline 900, Jaeger, Hoechberg, Germany)

MeasureTime frame
- mobility [sway path (cm), chair rising test(s)]; - hand grip strength (kg); - body composition [phase angle (°), fat mass, fat-free mass (%), body cell mass(kg)]; - questionnaire (quality of life EORTC QLQ-C30, side effects)
