Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prostate cancer, PSA greater than 10, Gleason score graeter or equal to 7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intolerance / hypersensitivity to iron or dextran or Sienna +, patients with iron overload disease, cardiac pacemakers or other in the chest wall implanted devices

The primary endpoint is the detection of at least one sentinel lymph node by the SentiMag system per patient.

Sensitivity of the magnetometer guided lymphadenectomy in the detection of lymph node metastases
