Group 1: 1. Individuals after stroke or acquired brain injuries and vocational trainers in rehabilitation programmes are observed. The participant observation protocols are used to generate open quest

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. capacity to consent, where necessary legal gardian 2. signature of a written consent 3. both gender 4. participants who are at least 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe speech problems and who cannot do an interview (minor speech difficulties is no exclusion criteria)
