18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. arterial hypertension (ICD I10) defined as blood pressure >140/90 mmHg (initial medical examination) or use of antihypertensive medication (ATC C02-C09). 2. male gender, 3. age between 18 and 60 years 4. sufficient mental state and 5. sufficient language skills to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. heart failure > NYHA II 2. hemodynamic relevant arrhythmia, 3. clinically relevant lung-disease 4. patients requiring dialysis 5. patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction 6. patients with surgical intervention during last four weeks 7. severe physical impairment, poor general condition or comorbidities which do not allow physical activity
