Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with neglect left/ right brain damage after a first stroke; Setting: neurological early rehabilitation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with increased intracranial pressure, which can not take head of bed elevation; Persons with pathogens such as MRSA
