Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Written consent for participation, age between 25 and 65 years, clinical treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: consum of cafe, alcohol, nicotin during the last three hours before intervention, difficulties with the german language, therapeutic experiences with sound bed

Differences of items of different questionnaires (pre versus post): sumscores of the subscales of BBS sumscores of HADS (Anxiety and Depression) additional questions adressing perceived body warmth, pain intensity and well being
