Group 1: Included patients will be assessed with the scapular assistance test by two different examiners.

18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 years or older; Pain (at least 2/10 NRS) with active shoulder elevation in the scapular or sagittal plane; able to speack German or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Painfree or minimal pain (1/10 NRS) with active shoulder elevation in the scapular or sagittal plane; unable to elevate shoulder up to at least 90°; unable to speack German or English; restricted shoulder elevation due to surgery; unable to hold additional weights
