Group 1: Ulcerative Colitis, ongoing therapy, antibiotic pretreatment for 10 days and 5 times repeated FMT every 2nd week. Group 2: Ulcerative colitis ongoing therapy and antibiotic pretreatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: chronic active UC, ongoing therapy on stable dose for at least 14 days, signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, malignancy, other chronic diseases
