Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients and young adults following allogeneic and autologous stem cell transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults over 40 years

MeasureTime frame
In this prospective study, the analysis is carried out of HLA-DR expression and phagocytic activity of monocytes, their subpopulationen, of granulocytes and lymphocytes per FACS-analysis up to one year after stem cell transplantation at pediatric patients and young adults. Primary endpoint is the time point 365 days after stem cell transplantation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary endpoint is the death of included pediatric patients and young adults during the observation period of one year after stem cell transplantation.
