Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Invasive home mechanical ventilation for at least one month befor enrollment, signed informed consent, stable phase of the disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: last hospitalization within one month before enrollment caused by acute deteration, audio med. deafness, mental retardation
