Group 1: Patients in whom pulmonary embolism is clinically suspected and that are positive for pulmonary embolism in computed tomography angiography. Pulmonary embolism with right heart stress result

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinically suspected pulmonary embolism (ICD-Code: I26.0 / I26.9) signed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient unaible to give consent, COPD, patient dependent on dialysis, pulmonary disase other the pulmonary embolism that is associated with right heart stress.

Design outcomes

Measure	Time frame
Doppler ultrasound examination in patients who are positive or negative for pulmonary embolism in computed tomography pulmonary angiography. The examination is within 48 hours after the computed tomography pulmonary angiography.	—
