Exclusion criteria: pregnany, psychiatric or neurologic disease, contraindications for scopolamine or ketamine, glaucoma, tachyarrhythmia, ileus, myasthenia gravis, hyperthyreosis, renal insufficiency, liver function disorder, history of heart disease
