Group 1: in 28 patients two luteal phases each are observed:
- the first luteal phase after induction of ovulation and optimised sexual intercourse
- the second luteal phase during a Natural cycle-IV

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Natural cycle-IVF treatment intended, FSH 5 pmol/L, regular menstruation cycle (defined as 26-32 days), signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: severe endometriosis (rAFS III and IV)
