Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
neuromuscular adaptation for perturbations: assessment by the muscular activity (EMG: time/amplitude measures). Before and after 6 weeks intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. back pain: assessment by Korff pain questionaire and VAS (visuell analog scale). 2. trunk strength: isokinetic maximum strength capacity [Nm] 3. postural control: center of pressure (COP) for a one-legged stance (force plate) All measures are assessed before and after 6weeks intervention
