Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatient with a hospital stay of > 3 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 yrs; Disorientation towards place, time, person, situation; reduced cognitive functioning (dementia); patient is not able to read or to understand the german language; patient has been warded; patient is not able to fill out the questionnaire (according to the assessment of the study nurse)
