Inclusion criteria: respiratory distress

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: congenital malformations or chromosome aberration and primary intubation

Arterial oxygen saturation (measured by pulse oximetry) and cerebral oxygen saturation (measured by near infrared spectroscopy) during the first 15 minutes of life in preterm neonates with/without sustained lung inflation

Cerebral blood volume in the first 15 minutes of life using near infrared spectroscopy
