Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers are included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -History of cardiovascular disease -neck/shoulder pain -neck/shoulder surgery -taking hypertension medication -taking birth control or hormonal contraceptives -history of ever having neck mobilizations -history of fainting spells -taking blood thinners -consuming alcohol or caffeinated beverage within 4 hours of study -moderate to vigorous exercise on day of study

Heart rate and blood pressure measured using OMROM HEM790IT after 5 and 7 minutes of rest, at the start of the testing procedure, at the last set of testing procedure, 2 minutes after the previous measurement
