Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with a new and histologically confirmed diagnosis of colorectal cancer - Patients with permanent residence in Germany - Signed informed consent - first diagnosis not older than 3 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A patient will not be included if he or she has ever been previously diagnosed with another cancer (i.e. CRC is a second tumour; the only exception is basal-cell carcinoma).
