Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: employees: Minimum age 18, General professional experience as a nurse or therapist> 1 year, written informed consent in the present residents: Minimum age 60, written informed consent for participation in the present study (in the case of legal services in addition the consent of the legal guardian present) In addition, for Group 1: Regular use (at least 2x/month) of Kneipp measures for at least 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Employees: Care Management, severe chronic or acute physical or mental illness, which do not provide a survey of the planned outcome parameters, participation in another interventional study Residents: Severe chronic or acute physical or mental illness, which do not provide a survey of the planned outcome parameters, german care levelIII and/or Barthel index <30, participation in another interventional study
