Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy people with no previous neurological irregularities or injuries of the lower extremity. No experience with perturbation training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neurological or orthopedic diseases, chronic diseases, concurrent participation in other studies, experience with perturbation training.

| The improvement in balance control is the primary endpoint. Three parameters of balance control will be measured before and after the training interventions to assess improvements. The three parameters are: the postural sway (Center of pressure, COP), the muscular activity (electromyographie) and the spinal excitability of the nervous system by means of the H-Reflex. | — |
