Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - histological secured squamous cell carcinoma of the lip - ability to informed consent - ability for completed staging diagnostics - age from 18 years on - operability concerning general state (ASA-Score I-III) and local tumor stage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - unable to informed consent / dementia - inoperability (general stage, local tumor stage / extent) - distant metastasis (cM1) - state after previously performed Neck dissection
