Interventions

Group 1: Intensive Care Unit Patients on interdisciplinary ICU. SOMS will be assessed by physical therapist, nurse and MD daily.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults, who are admitted to the ICU and predicted stay will be over 24h and were functional independent before (Barthel Index Score > 70 two weeks before hospital admission)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in another clinical trial

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of predicted SOMS and actual hospital mortality, length of stay on ICU and in the hospital.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of predictability of SOMS for neurosurgical and surgical ICU patients.
