Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: sufficient speech intelligibility; basic knowledge in the use of mobile devices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: current inpatient care; suicidality; schizophrenia; mental disability; alcohol or drug abuse during the past six month; present withdrawl; missing informed consent
