Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 15-75 years, bicuspid or tricuspid aortic valve, non-syndromic patients, all types of Marfan- or Loeys-Dietz-Syndrome, all Stanford-Fazel clusters of bicuspid aortic valve-associated aortopathy, all Sievers-classes of bicuspid aortic valve, aneurysm of the aortic root, ascending aorta or aortic arch, aneurysm etiologies: degenerative, calcified, Syndrome-associated

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with congenital aortic valve vitium or under 15 years of age, age over 75 years, connective tissue diseases other than Marfan- or Loeys-Dietz-Syndrome, Stanford Type A or B aortic dissection, active malign disease, congenital plasmatic coagulation disorders, prior aortic valve replacement, prior thoracic aortic stengrafting (TEVAR), prior conventional thoracic aortic prosthetic replacement, aneurysm etiologies: chronic dissecting, infectious, luetic, false aneurysms, isolated sinus valsalva aneurysm
