Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No regular physical activity before inclusion 2. Willingness to participate regularly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preexisting physical (orthopedic or cardiologic) conditions, precluding participation in training 2. Preexisting functionally relevant neurologic disorder 3. Preexisting functionally relevant psychiatric disorder 4. MoCA <26 5. Contraindication against MRI scanning 6. MRI-evidence of a structural brain lesion or vascular pathology interfering with fMRI

MeasureTime frame
Change in quality of life (Wellbeing Five) from examination 1 to examination 2 comparing the training and the control group (timepoints of examinations see arm1 and arm2)

1. Change in parameters B-K from examination 1 to examination 2 comparing the training and control group will be analyzed. 2. Change in parameters A, C, D, F-K comparing all participants (from examiantion before training to examination after training) with the control group (from the examination before control to the examination after control) will be analyzed. 3. Change in parameters A-K from the examination after the 3-month training to the last examination comparing the group of participants continuing the training and the group of participants abandoning the training will be analyzed.
