Group 1: Children who receive SDR, are pre- and postoperatively (0,3,6,12,24,60 months) examined (strength, spasticity, range of motion, gait, function scores)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: bilateral spastic cerebral palsy, gross motor classification system I-III, Indications, approval and implementation of selective dorsal rhizotomy, data acquisition: surgery between March 17th 2010 and January 7th 2016 (n=50) until 60 months follow-up (appr. 01/2021)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: bony deformities low motivation Another cause of spasticity
