Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Central venous line under sedation for therapeutic or diagnostic reasons necessary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no informed consent risk of sedation without intubation (expected anatomical anomalies of airways, dyspnea without sedation) risk of medication (intolerance, assured or suspected mitochondriopathia) hardness of hearing
