Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged 18 and older, who take a blood sample routinely or for other diagnostic reasons; Pregnancy until the end of the 2nd Trimester (depending on the target group); Late pregnancy from the 3rd Trimester (depending on the target group); Breastfeeding (depending on the target group)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: pregnancy (depending on the target group); breastfeeding (depending on the target group); menopause or postmenopause; intake of dietary supplements (depending on the target group); heavy chronic diseases (cancer, type I diabetes, etc.), manifest cardiovascular disease, renal failure, liver disease; documented blood clotting disorders as well as taking anticoagulants such as Warfarin (exceptionally ASA); chronic gastrointestinal disorders (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, pancreatic insufficiency); regular use of laxatives; alcohol, drugs and/or medicines dependence; non-consenting subjects; refusial or rather reset of the consent from the subject; active participation in other investigational drug or clinical trial within the last 30 days.

| Depending on the respective target group different serum levels of specific nutrients will be analyzed in a single blood sample. Parameters according to the target group: Young women before family planning: Vitamin D (calcidiol), folic acid, vitamin b6 resp. iron; Women who want children and in pregnancy (until the end of the 2nd trimester): Vitamin D (calcidiol), folic acid, vitamin E; Women in late pregnancy (from the 3rd trimester) and breast feeding: Vitamin D (calcidiol), folic acid, omega-3 index; Women in a familial and/or occupational stress situation: Vitamin D (calcidiol), vitamin E, magnesium resp. folic acid; Women before menopause (premenopause): Vitamin D (calcidiol), omega-3 index, zinc resp. folic acid; A questionnaire will be included targeted questions that are related to the supply of each micronutrient. This questionnaire will be filled out before the blood sample. | — |
