Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premature babies before 32 weeks of gestation, after the 28th day of life, with life-threatening bronchopulmonary dysplasia and a need for mechanical ventilation on day 28 as an individual treatment attempt.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications for the study drug
