Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: arm 1: patients with solid diagnosis of ANCA associated vasculitis and detectable B cells arm 2: patients with collagenosis and detectable B cells arm 3: healthy subjects all: signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - current steroid dose > 15mg/day prednison equivalent - lack of signed informed consent - pregnant women
