Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients: -age >= 18 years an = 18 years an <= 80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients: -member of another study - dissonance with inclusion criteria - pregnancy - autoimmune disease - infectious viral disease - atherosclerosis with myocardial ischaemia in the past (e.g. infiltrate, anastomosis insufficiency) - renal failure - diabetes proband: -member of another study - dissonance with inclusion criteria - pregnancy - autoimmune disease - infectious viral or bacterial disease

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Genome-wide analysis of chromatin modifikation in isolated CD14+- monocytes of septic patients in early late and sustained sepsis. Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) will be used.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
-Genexpression CD 14+- monocytes (NGS) and cytockines (ELISA) in early, late and sustained sepsis -monocytic HLA-DR in the course of time (FACS)
