Group 1: 2-hour interventional appointment at the outpatient Geriatric Mobility-Centre (MobiC): Diagnosis and therapeutic Recommandations following extended gerontological-geriatric assessment (EGGA)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Screening new-prefrail according to LUCAS-Follow-Up 2011 (but Fit in 2009)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: moribund or other ethical concerns, no consent

Measure	Time frame
Safe Gait (Fall-Risk-Check) and restrictive behaviour (mobility protocol) will be evaluated by standardised and validated self-filling questionnaires in a 6-month intervall post intervention.	—

Diagnosis of frailty-impact-disease at appointment (assessment) and functional state/decline following the next 6 months	—
