Group 1: To evaluate convergent validity, all participants will be assessed with the DEMMI and other established tests (correlation with the "goldstandard"). Inter-Rater-reliability will be evaluated

Inclusion criteria: - inpatients affected by a neurlogical disease - no contraindication for mobilization
