Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inhabitants of Freiburg and Karlsruhe older than 18 and younger than 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Due to the type of data gathering (pen and paper questionnaires) illiterates or persons with insufficient knowledge of the German language will probably not take part in the study. To ensure the comparability to the previous study persons younger than 18 and older than 65 will be excluded. The exclusion of all persons younger than 18 years ensures the capability for giving informed consent.
