Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) In Frankfurt: Children fitting the age range of mothers, who complete an integration course at one of the participating integration course providers in Frankfurt/Main (furthermore: case-by-case review) b) In Berlin: Children fitting the age range of mothers, who give birth at the Neukölln Clinic for Child and Youth Medicine (furthermore: case-by-case review)

Exclusion criteria: All children beyond the age range

Tracy, 2011) -Stress level of children when entering Kindergarten measured by determining hair cortisol in the 4th year of life - two hair samples: shortly before and 2-3 months after entering Kindergarten -socio-emotional development of children measured with the SDQ (care-giver version; German version from Klasen et al., 2003) with the scales a) prosocial behavior b) hyperactivity c) emotional problems d) conduct problems with peers e) conduct problems 2-3 months after entering Kindergarten b) among the examined mothers: successful participation resp. continuation of the integration courses in Frankfurt as well as integration of participants in Frankfurt and Berlin measured through repeated presentation of the questionnaire of the BAMF (federal ministry of migration and refugees) after ending of the intervention independently of the age of the child | — |

| a) among the examined children - determination of the attachment style between the 42nd-44th months measured by the M-CAST (Green, Stanley, Smith, & Goldwyn, 2000), a standardised doll-play completion task, where the examiner plays various attachment relevant stress situations, which the child completes and which are videotaped. - motor and cognitive development measured with the Bayley II (German version; Reuner, G., Rosenkranz, J., Pietz, J. & Horn, R., 2007) at the age of 24-27 months b) among the examined mothers - evaluation and assessment of mothers' satisfaction with the participation in the prevention offering measured with a half-standardised questionnaire in form of a resumeé interview after the ending of the intervention. c) among the examined mother-child-dyads - relationship quality of parent-child resp. emotional availability of the participants towards their child measured through the Emotional Availability Scale (EAS; Biringen, 2008), a dyadic interaction diagnostic where videos are rated at several points of time, among other after the ending of the intervention when children are about 3 years old. | — |
