Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All elective patients in chosen operating theatres in participating hospitals, 14 year and older, scheduled for anesthesia with endotracheal intubation, but excluded double lumen tubes /thoracal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Double lumen tube planned; Regional anesthesia planned; Supraglottic device planned; Intravenous anesthesia planned; Monitornig anesthesia care planned; Younger than 14 years
