Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Defined degree of cerebral palsy (GMFCS levels I and II) - hemiparesis - Age from 18 years to 40 years - Spasticity in lower limb - Ambulation of 7.5 - 10m, without sticks - 4 kicks climbing stairs with railings possible

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Do not understand the trial process and the treatment regimen, respectively. not in accordance with Art.16 of the ZGB. - pregnancy - Changes to the therapeutic regimen in the last 6 months - Ongoing Riding or Hippotherapy - Riding or Hippotherapy in the last 2 years prior to the study, - Hypotension in lower limb - Riding fear - Botox within the past 6 months - Operations within the past 12 months of the musculoskeletal system (except arms) - Any surgery within the last 6 months - osteoarthritis - Pain syndrome, chronic pain

Measuring the difference of the following parameters between the 4 gait analysis: -normal walking speed, cadence, stride length, track width, - Maximum walking speed, cadence, stride length, track width - Stair climbing speed, cadence, track width Reference value: Walking speed: 1 m / s Climbing stairs without help.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Measuring the difference of the following parameters between the 4 gait analyses: - Left-right side difference of kinematic and kinetic metrics - Left-right side difference in the intensity of the wavelet transform EMG in individual gait cycles. - Gait deviation index (GDI) [Schwarz, 2007] Reference value: Left-right side difference of less than 20%
