Group 1: Intervention arm 1 - ureteroscopic treatment of large kidney stones using a semirigid URS scope combined with a ureteral access sheath

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: single kidneys stone located in renal pelvis over 2 cm in diameter

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: additional stones in the ipsilateral ureter, anatomical anomalies of the kidney, no trial consent
